Yoga and More for Running and Walking explores balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength using multiple modalities—yoga, kinetic stretching, self- massage, and strength building to improve movement performance and minimize the possibility of injury. The focus is primarily on the hips, knees, ankles, and feet. Handouts provided for those interested in exploring the material presented in further depth.
This workshop is open to anyone who would like to improve their ability to move with grace and ease.
