Mobility Exercises to Support Asana

Mobility is the ability to move freely and comfortably - the capacity for our joints to move actively through their full range of motion.
Join us for a workshop dedicated to exploring joint mobility and stability. In a variety of exercises, we will flex, extend, and rotate our joints in ways that will benefit general fitness, daily life, and yoga asana.
For new yogis, a great way to get started and build some new muscle memory; for experienced yogis, your yoga practice will thank you.
