9:30am - 11:30am (HYBRID)
Join Yoga Cville for a workshop on inverted postures. Inversions are some of the most powerful poses in yoga practice. They bring new energy to the brain and the body by inverting the legs, renewing blood in the heart and lungs, and getting this newly oxygenated blood to the thyroid, pituitary, and brain. The endocrine system can thus better regulate our hormonal cycles as we develop more refined physical and mental balance.

Join Yoga Cville for a Rope Wall Yoga Workshop. We’ll use the yoga wall to explore familiar poses and allow you to add different actions to your practice. You’ll love how the rope wall lengthens the spine and opens up the joints with the body's weight. You can go deeper in other poses like backbends or rope-supported inversions with support from the ropes.
