Sequencing
The diversity of practice truly stands out as a key feature of Iyengar Yoga classes! Unlike other popular types of yoga that may follow the same sequence daily, we mix things up instead of sticking to one routine. While we do revisit some familiar poses, the variety in our sequencing adds so much richness to the experience. This variety helps to prevent injury and overuse.
