We welcome the return of special guest teacher Siegfried Bleher via Zoom. Siegfried is a CIYT Level 3 teacher who mentored several of our lovely teachers. What an honor to have him share his knowledge with our community!

He’ll teach a multi-level class entitled Fine Tune Intention & Attention to Touch the Heart of Yoga suitable for students with a minimum of 3 months of Iyengar yoga experience.
