Join Yoga Cville and Jocelyn Kitchen for a Partner Yoga workshop. Partner Yoga is a form of yoga where two or more practitioners practice yoga poses.
Instead of taking prop support, one takes the help of other practitioners. Partner Yoga Poses include all levels of yoga poses.
This style of yoga creates an element of trust and warmth between partners, increasing each practitioner's physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
This class is suitable for students with 3+ months of any style of yoga experience.
