About Iyengar Yoga

Props are an important part of this practice. Our studio has a full complement of props…mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and a yoga wall.

Our teachers are seasoned practitioners devoted to form and function. Deep, specialized training matters and helps students at all levels.

The Iyengar National Association of the United States has been committed to fostering Iyengar Yoga research to show the benefits of Iyengar yoga as a means of improving mental, physical, and spiritual health.
