Have you been practicing yoga at home and wondering what it might feel like to be in a real studio space? This welcoming 4-week series at Yoga Cville is designed especially for you.
If you’re comfortable following along on video but want a deeper understanding of poses, this is a chance to slow down, ask questions, and feel the difference that in-person guidance makes.
We’ll explore the foundations of Iyengar yoga—an approach known for its clarity, precision, and smart use of props. You’ll learn how simple tools like blocks, straps, and the wall can help your body find better alignment, more stability, and greater ease.
Expect a supportive, small-group environment where you can:
Refine poses you already know
Build strength and flexibility safely
Discover subtle actions you may have missed online
Gain confidence in your personal practice
