How Our Practice Changes
as We Grow Older

No matter your current age, we are all getting older, and our yoga practice will necessarily change over the years. But the adaptability of Iyengar yoga makes it well suited to change with us. We'll discuss how yoga can support us and even counteract some of the normal changes that come with aging. And we'll discuss what yoga teachings have to say about making mental adjustments as things change with our physical body. The class will include asana and some basic pranayama, as well as discussion, and is suitable for all levels of experience.
