Our next installment on a popular class…come learn or expand on the fundamentals of Yoga Karunta.

Karunta means “puppet.” The benefits of Karunta yoga -- a method by which the student practices various asana while suspended -- include the release of tension and an enhanced sense of spaciousness, along with greater depth of movement into twists and inversions without bearing weight.

We’ll use the yoga wall and straps to support the body and anchor the feet so you can experience poses for a longer period of time, refine your breathing and go deeper into the asana.

This workshop will cover a variety of standing, sitting, and inverted yoga postures using the rope wall. Learn the principles and expand your knowledge.
