Intro to Iyengar Yoga

Join Anne Barkley for an introductory series to learn the benefits of yoga in a small group setting. This class will be offered in-person at our lovely studio!

We’ll use various props to help the body better understand the actions of the asana. We’ll also place an emphasis on alignment and demonstrate how yoga can be used to build strength and flexibility.

Students will be exposed to the Iyengar Yoga style to learn correct alignment and experiment with props. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.

  • Class size is limited to 16; contiguous attendance is recommended to understand and build on weekly lessons

  • Investment for this series is $72 for the series is included in any level in-person monthly membership as a class on a valid pass
