Wring in the New Year!

Come get your new year off to a great start with this fun and invigorating class, noon on January 1.

Why "wring" (beyond the catchy title)?  BKS Iyengar described twists as involving a "squeeze and soak" action, similar to wringing out a towel.  The idea is that a good twist can cleanse and refresh the internal organs, which in turn energizes the body and releases tension -- a pretty perfect way to welcome 2018.

But it won't just be all twists: you can expect to practice a diverse series of postures, and to leave this class with a sense of vitality and calm.
