I have tried other places in Charlottesville, in DC, and New York--and I simply never took to it. The rooms were crowded, too hot, too cold, things happening too fast. I appreciate very much that in this class things move slowly. It’s a deep focus on achieving the pose correctly, and a deep stretch, as well as moving at a gentle pace which this body now needs. --Marianne Lund
