Our teachers are wildly experienced, and come from a diverse set of backgrounds, including dance and physical therapy. Some have practiced and taught yoga for decades. Have any kind of physical limitation? We've got you covered.

Level 1 and Gentle

We have one-hour Level 1 classes on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm and Saturdays at 11:15 am.

Hour and a half Level 1 classes are Tuesdays at 11:15 am and Thursdays at 5:45 pm.

Gentle class is on Tuesdays at 1:00
